Details thanks to Fiona Murphy Roderick was brought up a Roman Catholic. He came out for Bonnie Prince Charlie in 1745 and was on the march to Manchester, but not at Culloden. He was not attained for treason, but moved to County Down and leased a small farm from the Londond erry Estate. Roderick was converted to Methodism by John Wesley. |
