This Thomas Sayers is the son of Edmund Sears. Thomas married Ellen who died 6 May 1908 in Dingle Workhouse
Edmund and Thomas' relationship to our Sayers family isn't clear. Surely they are related but not known how currently (2023)

Note

I have birth cert:
It gives dob as 27 June 1887 not 1 Apr 1887 as on bap cert.
birth was registered on 25 July so 27 June looks more believable

Petty Sessions
Thomas Sayers Knockavrogeen
On the 22nd day of Feb 1909at Quay Street Dingle in said district county defendant was found drunk and incapable on the public street

Defendant convicted and ordered to pay for fine the sum of Two shillings and sixpence and for costs the sum of one shilling in defaut of payment of said sums to be imprisoned Kerry gaol at Tralee in the Co of Kerry for the period of seven days with hard labour unless said sums paid

The only other Thomas Sayers from Knockavrogeen would be his Grandad. Don't know when he dies but probably before 1909 so pretty sure it is this Thomas
